Description
With the "Footpeg-Lowering - Tenere 700", the footrests can be installed in a position 12mm lower and 12mm further forward.
On the one hand, this offers a noticeably more relaxed sitting position, especially for tall people, as the knee angle is less acute.
On the other hand, a more ergonomic position is given when riding while standing, which leads to better control of the bike and, especially during longer passages while standing, less fatigue.
Our footpeg mount is compatible with the original footpegs and the Pivotpegz MK3 / MK4.
Original Yamaha foot pegs: The end stop of the peg sits on the lower fastening screw.
Pivot Pegz footpegs: The end stop of the notch rests on two M5 cylinder head screws screwed into the notch holder.
The original screws and axle bolts with springs and cotter pins are used.
The footpeg mounts are CNC-milled from stainless steel and are very solid.
Attention:
The footrest mounts currently do not have an "ABE" and are therefore not permitted in the area of the "StVO" (not street legal in germany)!
Therefore these are permanently marked with "OFF ROAD USE ONLY".
