Orders from the EU can be placed directly via the web shop. When registering, all possible delivery countries covered by this webshop are listed in the drop-down menu.

Would you like to order from a country that is outside the EU? Then please contact us before purchasing at info@donner-tech.de. We then carry out the purchase process manually.

Before purchasing, please make sure that the items you are ordering can be legally imported into the respective country to avoid problems with customs. In the event of a return, we do not refund customs fees.

Shipping takes place exclusively with UPS.
